Having a good spotter and spotting scope when shooting long range is very important. We use a Leupold Mark 4 20-60×80 spotting scope with a TMR mil reticle. Using scopes with mil reticles on the rifles and spotting scope makes calling corrections fast and easy. Shooting at 500, 1000 yards or 1 mile, as long as the scopes are FFP or set to a power for true Mil, both shooter and spotter are seeing the same size reticle compared to the target.
