WCChapin | Late Lockup Performance – A Slow Stop in the S&W 929 JM Performance Center Revolver

My Smith & Wesson PERFORMANCE CENTER® Model 929 Jerry Miculek Signature revolver has been stashed away in the safe for a couple years. I became disgusted with many attributes of this example of the type – including extreme leading that may be partially caused by late timing.

I recently decided to take another look at the revolver and see if I could discover a cause for the late locking of the cylinder stop.
