Dove Season is upon us in just a couple weeks. With the push of non-toxic shot materials, we need to adjust to be able to hunt on public land. Here is a simple load that is effective on dove and quail that will solve that problem. I utilize the PT1253 wad which is now the BP1253 from Ballistic Products and being produced by Claybuster. The load data may change for this new wad as the polymer material is a bit different. Be sure to check with Ballistic Products for the latest load data for the new wad.
