Verifying proper powder charges before bullet seating is an essential reloading step, but many turret and progressive presses do not have lighting systems that enable adequate visibility into the case. This flashlight die is designed specifically to address this with multiple station reloading presses by aligning the flashlight directly above the charged case. The ideal placement in the press is immediately following the station where powder is dropped into the case with a powder dispenser or through a powder through die. Enjoy the peace of mind of easily visually verifying proper powder charges of each and every case without needing to remove the charged case from the shell holder or shell plate.
Your order includes the 3D printed flashlight die, a mini LED flashlight, and 3 x AAA batteries. This die will accommodate most flashlights with a 1″ diameter.
The included flashlight has a lightweight durable aluminum body and measures approximately 3-1/4″ (length) x 1″ (diameter). It will be one of the six available colors: red, blue, green, silver, black, or gray. Specify in the order comments if you desire a specific color.
Attention: Remove batteries from flashlight and store them separately when not in use or when used infrequently (less than once a month). This will prolong battery life and guard against corrosion.
Note: Press not included.
