Today, I show in this video the entire process from start to finish how I cast, powder coat, load, and shoot some 250gr coated cast lead hollow points in the 44 magnum. 3 months ago I posted a video about "My New Mobile Bullet Casting Bench". Today I finish the upgrades. I added the NOE Lead Pot Mould Guide. I also added ventilation for my casting pot.

I go through the entire process of casting, powdercoating, loading, and shooting some hard cast round nose bullets using the high quality NOE bullet mold for my 10mm handguns.  I had wanted a round nose bullet for 10mm plinking loads.  Something that would feed simply and flawlessly in each of my 10mm handguns and carbines.  This bullet mold seems to do the trick.

I am casting round balls for loading in my revolvers. I purchased these single ball brass molds from Jeff Tanner at ballmoulds.com I'm looking forward to loading these to shoot in .44 Special, .44 Magnum, and .45 Colt as both single ball and duplex loads.

I have always used card tables or other temporary tables to do my bullet casting on. I have now upgraded to a dedicated bench, and this one comes with storage for all of my bullet molds and other casting gear.

I haven't been able to do any bullet casting, reloading, or make any trips to the gun range in about 3 months. I finally had a chance to do all three, so I grabbed the mold for one of my favorite bullets, the Lyman 429421, which is Elmer Keith's famous bullet for the .44 Special and .44 Magnum.

My first casting session with the NOE HTC358-133-RN two cavity mold for 9mm. This is also my first casting session with the PID I recently assembled.

LEE APP Press w/ Some Cool Accessories by NOE

In chapter one of this series we made some brass jackets out of discarded .22LR casings using the Blackmon jacket swaging die.  In chapter two, we're going move on to the next step in the process of swaging bullets; making lead cores.

I decided to try casting 44 magnum / 44 special bullets by using two molds during the same casting session. The molds are the Lyman 429421 (the Elmer Keith SWC), and the Lee 429-200-RF.
