Neck Turning Brass – Improving Load Development and Analysis
Bolt Action Reloading
In this video we repeat the load development of the Hornady 147 ELD-M with Reloder 17 except this time we use our neck turned brass to see if an increase in accuracy or consistency in velocity is seen. In addition we use the 6.5 guys spreadsheet to make more sense of our results and understand our load analysis. We test 5 rounds at 5 different charge weights to get a idea how well this might perform in our Ruger Precision Rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a stock 24″ barrel.
