Lost Password - Alternative Reset Option
When a user clicks the “Lost Password” link and enters either their username or email and clicks “Get New Password” they receive an email with a link to reset their password. A few users have received an email once they enter their new password that states, “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”.
If you attempt to reset your password and you encounter the issue described above, please fill out the following form. The process of resetting your password through this form is not as fast, but it does work, and you will receive an email confirmation as soon your password is reset.
