Last Fall, the powder coated plain base NOE 314-162-FN cast bullet showed promise in my 1891 Argentine Cavalry Carbine. I prepared more bullets to try in the 1891 Argentine Engineer Carbine, along with a small batch of powder coated Lyman 311291 cast bullets.
