Playing around with the Ruger rimfire to get some accuracy.

Thanks to all the advise on my prior video I'm testing out the 55gr VMAX with a cheek riser on the Ruger AP and also testing this load in the AR.

After 2 rounds of Satterlee load development with new and once fired Starline Brass, I am taking 41.5g of H4350 out to the 1000 yard line using Hornady 147g ELD's. This method works very well and saves on components. Most cases you can have a good shooting load in 10 rounds or less.

Playing around today with the Magnetospeed Chronograph. I recently picked this up on sale at Midway. So far I am very impressed with it. In today's video I am working on a Satterlee load development for my Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmoor using some Starline Brass and some 147g ELD's. I even take a few shots with the 460 Weatherby Magnum for a torture test.

Taking the 6 1/2 Creed out today for Eagle Eye’s Can Challenge. My battery ran out on my target cam after shot 6. I did pick up an external battery today for some extra run time. This poor girl has sat in the safe since the end of May. Four and a half months since I last shot it. I've got a 500 yard range set up now. I tried setting up a target camera, but that didn't work out. You will just have to listen for the "Ding" after I shoot. Still shoots like a champ. I thought I would give you a break from the 223.

The wait is over and the video turned out awesome. This is the first time I have seen the target camera footage. This was filmed this past May at The Long Range Shooter's of Utah's International Milk Jug Challenge. I am using my Ruger American Predator chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Four shots was all it took to bust the jug. I also took home the Golden Jug Award.
