CMP SERVICE GRADE M1 GARAND MAY 2019
I show off the Service Grade M1 Garand that I just received from the CMP. The receiver was manufactured by Harrington and Richardson and is luck of the draw when ordering. The remaining parts were a mix or HRA (Harrington and Richardson) and SA (Springfield Armory). It came with a new walnut stock and looks to be in excellent overall condition. I consulted with the folks at the CMP and they recommended using Tung Oil on the new walnut stock. I show some before and after picks of the Tung Oil application. Thanks for watching.
