Minimalist reloading series for the beginner… Demonstrated with the Lee hand press.

This is a basic reloading series for someone just getting started, or thinking about getting started.

I use the Lee Hand press in the demonstration because it doesn’t require you to dedicate a space or bolt anything down while still giving you a press type tool to work with. I’m thinking RV or small apartment living here.

In the series we set up and load 9mm and .223 since they are common and represent most of the things you will run into when reloading. I share my understanding of the fundamentals, how to use and understand reloading data, powder, primers, safety and more.

One thing to note:  I recognize that reloading in the past (pre Internet) has been a handed down skill.  A skill that many of us have developed with different points of view and different opinions on what is important or not. If you see something I omitted please share it in the comments.

I had to walk a fine line between giving too much information, making it too long and still making sure I covered the most important stuff.
