I demonstrate a simple home-made ballistic pendulum. This is one method that was used to measure bullet velocity in the days before the invention of the electronic chronograph.

Playing around today with the Magnetospeed Chronograph. I recently picked this up on sale at Midway. So far I am very impressed with it. In today's video I am working on a Satterlee load development for my Ruger American in 6.5 Creedmoor using some Starline Brass and some 147g ELD's. I even take a few shots with the 460 Weatherby Magnum for a torture test.
