WCChapin | Fifteen from 200 Yards | Further Ammo Testing for the 03-A3 Target Rifle
William C Chapin
Trying out an adjusted OBT load suggested by Gordon’s Reloading tool in preparation for a 200/300 yard shoot the next morning.
I clicked in 3/4 MOA of left windage based on the 100 yard groups fired the previous day, then after the first group I added 1 1/2 MOA of up elevation.
The wind was quite blustery and ranged from quartering left rear to full left. A good portion of the range is shielded by trees – I did not hold or dial any wind correction; center hold was used for all shots.
Stay tuned until the end to see the target with all (15) shots.
