After contacting Anschutz to understand what ammo they use to do their testing, they made it clear that RWS R50 was it.

This Anschutz 1727F is based on the Biathlon Rifles. As a matter of fact, Peter Fortner, who manufactures some of the most accurate rifles in the world in the international elite Biathlon competitors, the 1827 Biathlon rifle action, is the same company who Anschutz partnered with to build this action.

We wanted to try and get the most out of this rifle by lot testing with high quality ammo RWS R50.
