WCChapin | Raspberry Runaway – A Jam Jar Jet Experiment

Does anyone shop at ALDI and like raspberry spread? We may need more engine casings for our experiments!

Alex and I have been experimenting with a Jam Jar Valveless Pulse Jet Engine. This was our best run to date – approximately 51 seconds with denatured alcohol fuel, an 11/32″ nozzle hole, and no coolant.

Our next runs with an identical jar will include water bath cooling!
